Information for Our School Records...

This year due to the Covid-19 social distancing regulations we have put all the documents on our website as PDF files.

The below PDF files are to collect information about your child and to be used for school use only.

 Please download all the files below and please read through all the material carefully and make sure all pages 1 to 10 are filled out and signed.

You can then email these copies to godfreyermen.ceprimaryschool@salford.gov.uk.

Or post the documents to the school.

Do not at this time hand them direct to the school office.
